Founder of Julie Dennis

Julie is a weight loss specialist for women over 40 and through menopause.

With so much conflicting information out there, it can be hard to know where to begin.  Should you eat low fat foods or non-fat foods, do you cut out sugar or is it the latest supplement that guaranteed to melt away the inches?  Should you join a gym, engage a personal trainer or buy the latest celebrity DVD?

Julie spent over 20 years working for corporates in London latterly in the mining industry with a y background in data analysis and reporting this allows Julie to bring her passion and skill for taking complex processes and turning them into simple tools into my weight loss programs.
